The postnatal program is designed for women who have new babies at home and are ready to get back into shape.


After the first 2 to 6 weeks after giving birth and a thumbs up from your doctor, you can start your postnatal program.


Providing safe and effective exercises to help build up your muscles again, each program can be designed to include baby or for individual exercise time.


Motherhood brings many new stresses to your body. You will learn how to build strength, stretch out tired muscles, regain energy and enjoy some time looking after yourself again.


The program can utilize a variety of equipment, including Bosu, stability ball, weights and bands, which your trainer can bring to each session.
