The prenatal program is focused on building strength, maintaining flexibility and providing an overall healthy lifestyle and healthy development of your unborn baby.


After the initial consultation, your trainer will design a program just for you. Your trainer will guide you safely through the program providing support and motivation in the privacy of your own home.


Each session will include an assessment of the current program as well as changes and/or modifications to help you move closer to your goals. The program can utilize a variety of equipment provided by the trainer, including a Bosu, stability ball, weights and bands, which the trainer can bring to each session.


All prenatal clients will be asked to have a Physical Activity Readiness Medical Examination form for pregnancy (PARmed-X) signed by their healthcare provider before a program can begin.
